Information you give us. When you take the diagnostic on this site, you enter your first name, email address, phone number and business name. You also answer a set of questions about how your business runs.
Diagnostic results. We store the scores your answers produce. That includes an overall score and band, a score for each of the seven pillars we assess, which pillar came back as your primary constraint, how many foundational items you did not have in place, and the raw answer pattern behind those scores. We also record the language you took the assessment in and the date and time you completed it.
Information collected automatically. Our site and the platforms we use record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring source. Advertising platforms we use may set cookies or similar identifiers on your device.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or any other sensitive personal information through this site.
We rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the business.
If you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we may contact you at that number about your results and our services, including by text message and by automated or prerecorded means where permitted. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as our customer relationship platform and messaging providers, is permitted solely so we can deliver the messages you asked for. Text messaging opt in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any other purpose.

We keep your contact record and diagnostic results for as long as you are a client or prospective client, and afterward for as long as we have a legitimate reason to, such as responding to a dispute or meeting a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
You can ask us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR. We honor those requests through the same email address above and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Our site and the advertising platforms we use set cookies and similar technologies to remember your session and to measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
