These terms govern your use of blazecampsolutions.com and any Blaze Camp program you join. Blaze Camp is operated by Gerardo Vera in Miami, Florida. By using the site or enrolling, you agree to these terms.
Blaze Camp provides business consulting, coaching and done with you systems work for owners of small and midsize businesses. This includes a diagnostic assessment, a weekly group call, private calls depending on plan, a private community, and trackers, checklists and systems built with you.
Blaze Camp is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, financial advisor, investment advisor, or licensed therapist. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical or psychological advice. Get your own licensed professional for those.
The assessment on this site is a self reported questionnaire. Your results are generated from the answers you give. They are an opinion based on a framework, not an audit, valuation or professional assessment of your business. Accuracy depends entirely on how honestly and accurately you answer.
We do not guarantee any specific business, financial or revenue outcome.
Any figures, case studies, examples or testimonials on this site or in our materials reflect specific situations and are not typical, average or promised results. Your outcome depends on your market, your offer, your capital, your team, your effort, your timing and many factors outside our control. Most businesses that buy any program do not achieve extraordinary results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and their consequences.
You must be at least 18 and have authority to enter this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
Plans are described on the site and are billed on a recurring basis in advance until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal at the then current price. Prices may change with notice, effective on your next renewal.
Some plans require you to spend on advertising directly with third party platforms such as Meta and Google. That spend goes to those platforms, not to Blaze Camp, and is your responsibility and your cost.
Where offered, the first week is free. If you do not cancel before the free week ends, your paid subscription begins automatically at the plan price. You can cancel during the free week from your account or by emailing us.
If you are within thirty days of your first charge on a plan and you want your money back, email [email protected] and we will refund that charge in full. One email. No forms and no exit interview. This applies to your first thirty days on a plan, not to every renewal after it.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. Except under the thirty day refund above, payments already made are not prorated or refunded. Access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
Trackers, checklists, scorecards and systems we build with you during your engagement are yours to keep and use in your business after you leave.
Our frameworks, course materials, recordings, templates and written content remain ours. You may use them inside your own business. You may not resell them, republish them, license them, or use them to build or deliver a competing coaching, consulting or agency offer, without our written permission.
Parts of the program run inside third party platforms, including a private community. Those platforms have their own terms and you must follow them. Inside our spaces, do not harass other members, do not pitch or recruit members without permission, and do not share other members' numbers or private information outside the group. We can remove anyone who does, without refund beyond what these terms already require.
Members share real financial and operational information. Treat what you hear inside the room as confidential and do not repeat it outside. We will do the same with yours, except where we need to share it with our service providers or the law requires disclosure.
By giving us your email and phone number you agree we may contact you about your results, your account and our services, including by email, text message and phone. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time and reply STOP to any text to stop texts. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, scrape or copy the site at scale, or interfere with its operation.
We link to third party sites and tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
The site and services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blaze Camp and Gerardo Vera are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the site or the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blaze Camp and Gerardo Vera from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site or your plan after a change means you accept the updated terms.
